the film seems to be curved by the cold of that freezing day... so the center is in focus and the outer image out of focus. The other images of the same film are fully in focus.
Then the lab scratched the film so the black straight bold line is where there is no more emulsion. The white lines is where the debris of emulsion stayed and darkened the film.
